A merger between Warner Bros. Discovery and Paramount Global would generate $3.15B to $4.9B in synergies, Benchmark's Daniel Kurnos says in a research note. Kurnos also estimates $250M to $500M of studio redundancy eliminations and a $400M cut to corporate expenses if a deal happens.
